Everything costs what it says it costs
All of it, written out in full.
Foundation is $1,500 a month. Ownership is $3,500. AI visibility tracking is an optional $500 on top. No setup fee, no build invoice, no minimum term, cancel any month. You can buy the site outright any time from $4,000, and that price drops the longer you stay.
There is no price on this page you have to book a call to hear. The only thing a call decides is whether we will take the work, and we turn down more than we accept.
What each tier costs
Foundation
For a business that needs the whole thing built and run.
Standard rate. No setup fee, cancel any month.
- Custom WordPress build, live in 7 days from assets
- All the site copy written for you
- Hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring
- Lead tracking configured in week one: forms, click-to-call, click-to-email
- 4 articles a month
- Schema, answer-first structure, Core Web Vitals, llms.txt, AI crawler access
- 25 to 30 directory and citation placements, Google Business, Bing Places, review flow
- 20 outreach touches a month, typically 1 to 2 earned mentions
- One-time AI visibility baseline at onboarding
- Monthly report led by enquiries, not impressions
Ownership
For when being mentioned is not enough and you want the category.
Standard rate. No setup fee, cancel any month.
- Everything in Foundation, plus:
- 8 articles a month instead of four
- 1 short video a month. Video shows the strongest single correlation with AI visibility of anything we measure
- 40 outreach touches a month, typically 2 to 3 earned mentions
- Editorial link building where it supports the placement targets
- 30 prompts across 6 topics, actively optimised against. Not just watched
- Expanded citation and review programme
- Quarterly strategy call
Do you actually need the tracking add-on?
+$500/moProbably not in month one. Foundation includes a one-time baseline, so you will know where you stand on day one. The add-on is for when you want to watch it move every month.
What you get
- 15 prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Copilot
- 5 runs per prompt, logged out, fixed locale, same day each month
- Topic ownership scoring, and the same scores for your competitors
- The cited-source inventory: which pages the machine actually trusted
- Every run screenshotted and dated
What it is not
- It is monitoring, not optimisation. It tells you the score, it does not change it. Ownership is the tier that actively works the number.
- Month to month. Add it or drop it whenever, no notice.
- We will never report a metric we are not working on, which is exactly why this is separate rather than bundled to pad the price.
Custom
From $8,000/month
For businesses in a category where one player already owns the AI answer. Displacing an incumbent takes more content, more outreach and more time than our standard programmes, and pretending otherwise would waste your money. Scoped per engagement. We take one of these at a time.
The terms, all of them
No contract you need a lawyer to escape.
No setup fee and no build invoice, ever. Not deferred, not amortised. It does not exist.
No minimum term. Cancel any month, no notice period, no penalty.
First charge on go-live, not when you sign. If we never launch, you never pay.
Annual prepay if you want it: ten months for twelve. Entirely optional.
Three rounds of revisions on the build. One consolidated round of feedback is one revision.
Your domain stays in your name, at your registrar. We never take ownership of it.
Full export within five days if you leave. Content and images, all of it.
We archive your existing site on day one, before we change anything, and send you the file.
The question everyone asks second
“So do I ever actually own it?“
Yes, and here is the price list. You never pay for the build. We carry that cost, you pay monthly, and we keep the site fast, hosted, updated and visible. If you ever want to own it outright and take it anywhere, you buy it. The longer you have been with us, the less it costs, because you have already covered more of the build.
You get every file, the full WordPress install, all content and images, and help moving it to a host of your choosing. No conditions, no exit interview, no clawback.
And if you just want to stop
Cancel any month. No minimum term, no notice period, no penalty. Your domain is yours and always was, sitting at your registrar in your name. You get a full export of your content and images within five days.
Hosting for the site we built winds down 30 days after your last payment, because the build was never invoiced. If you want to keep the site, that is what the buyout is for.
And on day one, before we change anything, we take a complete archive of your existing website and send you the file. If you ever leave, you can go straight back to exactly where you started.
How the founding thing actually works
Two people get this nearly free. Then it never happens again.
People ask what the catch is, so here it is written out plainly. There is no catch, there is a trade.
Two seats. One each.
One business gets month one free on Foundation. One gets month one free on Ownership. In exchange you let us publish the results, named, with screenshots, whatever happens. That is what the free month buys us: a case study.
1 of each leftThen $1,000 a month. Forever.
After the free month you continue at the founding rate, locked for as long as you stay. Not for six months. For as long as you stay. Standard is $1,500, so you keep a $500 discount every month you remain a client.
3 founding seats totalEveryone after pays full.
We stop at six discounted clients. Not a countdown gimmick, an actual number written into the business plan, because past six the maths stops working for a one-person operation. When it closes it stays closed.
hard stop, no exceptionsPricing questions
The awkward ones
Why is there no setup fee?
Because the build takes a day now. Charging you six thousand dollars for it would be charging you for 2019. We carry the build cost and make it back over the months you stay, which only works if we actually keep you, which is rather the point.
What is the catch with no minimum term?
There genuinely is not one, but here are the mechanics. Our protection is that we host the site and the build was never invoiced. If you leave in month two, you had a site for two months and we absorbed the build. That is a risk we took deliberately, because a contract that traps unhappy clients produces unhappy clients, and we only have twelve slots.
Is $1,500 a month cheap?
No. It is roughly the median of the SEO retainer market. What is unusual is the scope at that price: the site, the hosting, the content, the citations, the outreach and the measurement, all included, with no build fee. We are not cheaper because we are worth less. We are cheaper because we deleted the build invoice and the cost of you managing four suppliers.
Can I just buy the website and go away?
Yes. It is on the ladder above, starting at $4,000 in the first six months. Genuinely no hard feelings. If we build you a site in month one and you buy it out in month two, that is a fine outcome for both of us.
What happens if you get hit by a bus?
A fair question for a one-person company and nobody ever asks it politely. Your domain is in your name, your site is archived, your content is exportable, and the buyout terms are published. You are never in a position where one person disappearing takes your web presence with them. That is deliberate.
Do you do payment plans or discounts?
The founding seats are the discount, and when they are gone they are gone. Annual prepay gets you ten months for twelve. Beyond that, no, and if the fee is the sticking point we are probably the wrong fit rather than the wrong price.
